A310 tablet will not boot

Seriously! Why can I not just get the software download so I can boot from my SD card?! Acer support stinks! Does anyone have a url that I can use for my A310?

Your correct about that.
Its impossible to get a live person in Mississauga Ontario canada to pick up a phone and just tell me how to factory reset a travel mate 8172 that is going weird - poof - built to self destruct just like the laptop

I see a battery recall a long time back but who knows if this battery was recalled or the cord is safe - it has to much jiggle room -
I wonder WHERE these and many other ACER products are made - I HAVE TO USE A TOSHIBA PLUG FOR ACER TRAVEL MATE that rejects its own plug or cord.
Never again would I get ACER NEVER RECOMMEND ACER PRODUCT TO ANY COMPANY SMALL OR BIG - ACER is avoiding service and avoiding PROBLEMS THEY ALLOWED TO BE CREATED WITH cheap making of the ACER PRODUCT.
A shame they treat consumers like this.
Taiwan made? We will look into anything being purchased for now on and where its made - this will Influence a yes or no purchase. Quality was there probably the first few years then -dramatic low quality product kicked in.
I need the travel mate on - with an Acer cord that I have without having it sent away dissected and billed more for it 250.00 plus.
Acer you get a gong for not caring.

Which model do you have? There is an A310 phone and an A3-A10 tablet...
