The right side of my Aspire E-14 ES!-411-C0LT doesn't have a button for the DVD drive. ???

The picture of the right side of an ES1-411 shows a button, a light, and a punch hole for the disk drive.  My machine has none of those; it is smooth except for the drive door itself.  I have pushed, pulled, pinched. and cursed, to no avail.  How do I open the dammed door?

The picture showed in the Acer website is a general picture of Aspire ES1-411.

If you read the specifications:

Storage
Hard Drive Capacity	500 GB
Optical Drive Type	No

 

That means that you have a dummy odd (optical disk drive). No DVD drive.

If you are interested, I can give you the part numbers of DVD modules.
