Hi there

 

I don't know if somebody can resolve this: since 4 days now, I can't access to my my computer (bought in october 2013). When I turn it on, it goes to the screen saver (at this stage, normally a left mouse click brings me to the next screen where I do input my password, but I can't do that). Mouse and keyboard are not responsive anymore.

 

 

Of course, I have tried with another (wired) mouse and keyboard but still it does not work. I have changed the batteries on both items.

 

It looks like all usb ports are not working! 

 

I have also tried to access the Bios but I can't because keyboard (any keyboard) ignores the F2 or Delete Key!

 

What should be the next stage now?
