Warranty expired and can't get info on my repaired laptop

I received an email 1-28-13 that my laptop was repaired and that Acer would be sending me an email with my tracking info. It has been 4 days and still no tracking info. I checked acer website with my case id number and all it says is "repaired" but no other tracking info. I tried to call or email but my warranty just expired 1-15-13 and they won't let me through. How can I contact acer to resolve this?   Thanks Tom
