PC Packard Bell with ACER Mother Board, fixation assembly Fan-Heatsinks broken

Hello,

On Pckard Bell "imedia S J 14G1TU03" wich is monted with only one board comming from "ACER", the assembly part made of Fan and heatsinks wich is holded above the processor on the board, by two plastic pièces with springs.

One of them is broken and the assembly is no more on the processor wich cause over heating.

The PC is still on garanty, but I cannot send it to the produceur, it took too much time.

Please help me to find two of these parts, theu look lique "rivet" 2,5 mm de diamètre and 25mm lengh.

You'll find a label sticked on the motherboard. There is a bar code on this one.

Could you give me the first ten characters located under the bar code?

The numbres I give you are the numbers stickent on the board after I do not knw ACER usages, may be an other number on the back of the board.

No nothing on the assembly Fan Heatsink.

Thanks for your pictures. I had understood.

The heatsink with fan is not a separated part number. It is only deliveried with the motherboard.

I will request some information from a technician and I will give you an answer tomorrow.

HI.SUVAA.SV1 - HEATSINK W/FAN

As this part is not found on the web, I suggest you that:

You can request a quote and place an order from your Acer store in using the customer service form.

In the form:

1- You select in "Please Select a Subject: Other"

2- In "Describe the Problem:", you indicate the S/N of the computer.

3- Example:

I allready have an answer wich told me that the only part wich can be exchanged is the mother board; then I décided to manage the problem by myself, and I got help from a repair center which fix the problem for free, thanks to him.
