Hello anyone out there that can help me with a Iconia A100 tablet. I am having problems with the tablet not being able to charge. I allready bought two new batteries and a charging cable but still the problem persist. The lighting icon comes up and also it says " charging" but it won't go up more than zero "0". The tablet works A1 perfect and it stays on if the cable is pluged in but once you take it out the tablet turns off. I have run out of options so if anybody can help me out in this matter and shine a little of there tech knowledge it would be much appreciated. Like i said this is a great little tablet and since this is the only problem it's having i just thought it wasa worth fixing it. to anyone thanks in advance.

If you have already replaced the battery and charger, the problem must lie in the connection between them or in the connection between the battery and the motherboard. If the charger's power doesn't reachthe battery, the battery will nnot charge and you would see the symptoms. If the battery is getting charged but the charge doesn't reach the motherboard, you would see the symptoms. I don't know the inside of the A100 enough to say for sure, but I'd guess the charging circuit is actually a part of the motherboard. If that is the case the power from the charger would arrive in the motherboard and then be routed to the battery. Take a good look at the battery cable to see if one of the wires is broken.
