I recently lost power to my computer and had the Power Supply replaced. It works fine now, but I noticed an I/O toggle right beside the power supply cord on the back.  It is separate from the voltage selector switch.  Whould this switch hshut off the power to my computer?

If it is a rocker switch, and is located on the power supply, it is a power switch.

You can turn the power supply on/off with that switch.
