Hi guys,
I got an Acer Aspire E3-111. It's cheap i know but it's all i got for now. I recently installed windows 10 and opted to do a clean install. Everything went fine and all until after a few days, i discovered the touchpad isn't working (been using an external mouse). I looked at the Device Manager and i discovered it was not there at all. I tried Fn+F7 and it only made it worse. Now my keyboard won't even type. I fixed the keyboard tho. Turns out everytime i turn my laptop back on, it's back up until i decide to do a Fn+F7 (which supposedly would turn my touchpad on and off).
I tried these already:
1. Fn+F7 (takes my keyboard away but dos nothing to touchpad)
2. Installing new drivers from the Acer website (i even tried reverting to the old drivers, to no avail)
Note: Even the device manager won't recognize the touchpad. I hope it's not hardware since it only happened after installing W10. What should i do?
please help asap.
would greatly appreciate it guys.
