Hi all. I bought an Aspire TC-120 desktop a couple weeks ago. It came with Windows 8.1. I immediately upgraded it to Windows 10. It works great. However, when you go to settings for Bluetooth, there should be a slider to turn Bluetooth on/off. There is no slider!
I have discussed this with Microsoft. They tell me that we need an updated Windows 10 driver. I have chatted with Acer support, they say they don't have Windows 10 drivers for it. They also told me that they don't have Windows 10 drivers posted on the support web site.
I have other computers with Windows 10 and Bluetooth that work fine. One is an old Acer Aspire Netbook that wasn't supposed to work on Windows 10 but works great. And it shows the on/off slider when you go to Bluetooth settings.
Does anyone know anything about this? Where to get the latest Bluetooth driver for this system? So far, I have had no success with Microsoft support, Acer support, Qualcomm(Atheros) support.
By the way, the Bluetooth works. I can connect devices. It is just that when you go to Bluetooth settings, there is supposed to be an on/off slider. There is on my other systems.
If you do a Google search for Windows 10 Bluetooth on off, you get lots of people from lots of systems that have this same problem. As I said, it seems to be a driver issue.
