vn7-791g-???

after doing a lot of research I have decided to purchase the aspire v17 nitro, the problem is, I have no idea what the last digits in the number means. I want the one that has the realsense camera and blu-ray drive. I keep running in circles on google, I called the aspire store, and the guy told me that they don't have them. vn7-791g-792a has exactly the specs I want, except I would prefer the blu ray drive, does anyone know what number that particular machine has, or can someone confirm that they do or do not make them? I have also read about 5th gen 1-7s any news on that?

The last digits simply signify a specific SKU in the series. For the main things you are asking about, these are the best I can find that have the Real Sense camera, but no Blu Ray drive.
