Aspire switch 10 start up issue

Hi,

 

I have my switch 10 for just over 5 months and it was still working fine up until 3 days ago.

 

I am unable to start up the tablet.  it is plugged in with a blue light.

 

It did start for 5 seconds then I heard a click and the system just shut down.  I try to start the system up again and it won't start anymore.  After 1 day of charging.. the light has turned to orange and the tablet felt hot.  It took a good 2 hours to cool down after I unplugged it from the power.

 

Does this warrant for a service call up?  or is there something else I can do before resorting to caller Acer for help?

    That sounds suspiciously like hardware, which warrants a call to Acer service for warranty repair.
