Hi! I want to upgrade my mSata SSD 128Go to one with 250Go. My drive is of the Toshiba HG5d series and unfortunately they are out of stock for this one...And the 512Go is a little too much in my opinion. So, do you think I can switch to the HG6 series OR to one mSata ssd from Samsung or another brand? Thanks!jdc.

You should be able to use any of the mSATA drives, as long as they match the form factor. Note that some mSATAs are longer than normal and they are unlikely to fit. There are speed differences between different models, but they still should all work.

I've taken one kingston 256 Go, same form factor as my 128Go Toshioba. I did a clean installation with win 10. I'm a little surprised that my boot is some secondfs more than before...( 6-7) Nvidia gives me a new pilot for win10 and I encounter problems with that, but Nvidia repaired immediately 2 times...This afternoon, my pc was blocked & I could not stop it with the button so I made a shutdown.exe -s and it was the ok... And....Thanks!
