Acer Switch 11 touchpad

I have been having this computer for around 6 months and i am having this touchpad problem where it always suddenly stops working and i have to pull out the tablet part and plug it back to somehow reset the dock to make the touchpad work again.

i have been struggling with this computer and is pretty frustrated with the touchpad

Will Someone please help me?

Edit: I have sent my computer for waranty once and did nothing, it work for the first hour and on the next few hours and days it's technically the same. It was 2 weeks waste of time in the service center so i planned on not handing it back to the service center and find the solution myself but till today i could not solve it.

This is a well known problem for aspire switch 10 and 11 series but they did not do an upgrade or update to our current switch 11 series i think due to the lesser user compared to the acer aspire switch 10 but i think it should be easy as it have to same problem probably the same update will help but THEY DID NOTHING .
