Cannot charge Iconia A1-810

Hi,

 

I have a problem with my Acer Iconia Tab A1-810: it will not charge. When I connect the charger, it vibrates every two seconds but it never charges. I have left it connected to the charger for 12 hours straight (as recommended on the Acer support site), but it is still not possible to start it.

 

I have tried to start it with the start button as well as starting by holding the volume up button and then holding the start button for 3 seconds (as recommended on the Acer support site), but nothing works. As I cannot start it by using the volume and start buttons together, I guess there is not simply enough power left in the battery.

 

I have tried to press the factory reset button, when it tries to charge as well as after 12 hours of charging but nothing happens.

 

I have also tested using another, identical charger, to no avail. I have not had any system problems in the past with the tablet

 

How do I solve this? I have no issues with doing a complete factory reset.

if you tablet has a notificaiton LED, when charging is blue or red?

 

by the way, i think that battery went too low in charge that it can't even handle the charge routine, probably you need to contact your seller or Acer support service.
