ACER A1-830 play store

Hi,  I have A1-830. When I tried accessing the Play Store, it keeps on saying connection timed out.

I have a stable connection because when I try other gadgets to connect with the WIFI, I can access the Play Store.

Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Can you do other internet things with the tablet, or is the store failing because the network isn't working?

Hi, Thank you for your response.

i tried connecting other gadget to the network, and its working.

i think the problem is not on the network but on the unit.

 

when i try to download the update and apply it, it ends up with an error message.

so i was thinking that there is a problem with the device.

What I was trying to find out was whether the problem tablet will browse the web (such as come here and read messages). Your network could easily work for everything else, but fail on the tablet due to a hardware or software problem. If you can browse the web but can't do updates or load the Play Store it's quite a bit different issue than if you can't get to the internet at all.
