S7-392 dns probe finished no internet

I started getting this message about a month ago.  I have it on different networks using Google Chrome in Windows 8.1 64-bit.  I've looked at many other posts and tried all that I could find but can't get it fixed.  As others have reported, I have little windows of time where it works and I can browse but most of the time it is on and has this error message.  I leave it up waiting for a page to load.

 

I have installed the Intel wireless driver which some reported fixed it for them.  It was as recent as July 2015 so I used it.  Please help or direct me to a known correction.  As I read of all of the other frustred users with the same problems, it raised my level of frustration.  I have spent most of the time in a "limited" connectivity state with this dns error.  I may have been able to correct that today as it no longer says limited.  Now I'm still unable to work due to the dns error message.  Please help.

Have you tried the steps in this thread to see if that resolves it, IronFly posted a possible fix.
