Long story short...
Couple of years ago, bought a SX2110g-UW23, running Windows 8. ARCserve never worked. Internet Explorer kept crashing.
Couple of days later, I suffered renal failure. Hospitalized weeks. Came home to recuperate. Set the computer aside.
Windows 10 giveaway offers me the opportunity to try to correct everything wrong with this otherwise useless computer. Clean install. ARCserver still not working. IE still crashing. So I decide to contact support. Al I need is an email.
THERE IS NO EMAIL. But I'm offered chat support.
CHAT SUPPORT NOT WORKING because warranty is out of date. Nobody is questioning thew warranty. I'm told to call customer support.
GATEWAY you sold me a computer with assistive technology BECAUSE I AM DEAF. AND NOW YOU CLAIM YOU ARE TOO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND THAT DEAF PEOPLE USE COMPUTERS??????
I've owned computers since the Tandy1000 in 1986. Today, I have XP, Win7, and one already upgraded and running Windows 10. Not a single one of them are Gateways. Never seen a computer that I could not find a workaround, or fix the problem.
But this one fails as bad as your customer service.
If any REAL LIVE PERSON from GATEWAY reads, or can read this, which is in question since you can't build a computer, and don't understand why you include ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY in your software, you have my email.
