Aspire E5-521-205Y not compatible with Windows 10?

Im not getting the Windows Update Logo thing. Done updating via  Updates Center but still no Windows Update Logo for Win10. my OS is Win 8.1 Single Language with Bing which came with my laptop when I bought it. When I checked my PC Info though, it has a link that says "get more features with the latest version of Windows". Upon clicking it, it's asking me to either purchase a product key online or enter the product key if I had already bought one. Could this be the reason? If so, where could I find the product key? I checked my laptop's box, but it only has the laptop's serial #. Nothing but the name if the OS installed.
