I have read somewhere that COA (Certificate of Authenticity) sticker is not attached to the machine anymore. Instead, this will be embedded in the BIOS Setting. So It might be same for me.

Now I want to make sure before reinstall my windows 8 OS that how my new windows 8 installation get authenticated with valid serial key ?
When I reinstall---
Does It require Windows-8 serial key ? if yes then from where I will get it ?
Will it take automatically from system BIOS (embedded) ? if yes then how to confirm that it is embedded into my system ?
If above two options will not work for me then what I need to do?

Can I get windows 8 serial key from my product ID ?

My requirement is to make my machine dual bootable, So my another question is can I do this ?

Thanks

Two issues that you bring up:

    1.  Where is my product key for Windows 8?

It is embedded in the BIOS.  You do not have a CoA for Windows 8.  Use the recovery articles for Windows 8.

    2. You want to dual-boot.

This is going to be difficult and frustrating, given UEFI vs BIOS.

We do not support dual boot set ups.
