I have an acer aspire switch 10 which will not restart.

The screen shows a circle with the word Restarting but nothing happens how can you reset it ? I tried switching it off but it comes back on with same message i.e. Restarting.

Whe  you do a normal click of sthe power button the Switch goes to sleep rather than powering off. Try a press and hold for ten seconds or longer, wait a few second and try again turning it on.
