    Hello,

Have you tried with another monitor or a LCD TV in using HDMI or VGA port?

    PTSE002008 it was correct.

PT.SE002.008 Aspire M3400-U2502 with AMD 880G Chipset supporting ATI Radeon HD 4250 Graphics.

It means there is no graphic board but integrated graphic to the chipset on the motherboard.

    Bad news!

1- Do you hear beeps when you start up your desktop?

2- Do you hear the fans turned/rotated?

The fan works, and I dont recall hearing the beep. But I will double check when I get home. What's the worst case scenario?

    Hello,

You wrote: "Yes I changed monitors and I used parallel port instead of HDMI".

The parallel port is used by the old printers or doggle software. I think you mean VGA port.

Sorry to ask you this question again:

When you connect another monitor, the display is it correct?

    One beep means:

System is ready - System is OK.

the monitor came on without warning. It also shut down again without warning. And it came back on again without warning. So I immediately backed up everything. It is now working but I expect more trouble

    If you can:

1- Remove the AMD display driver

    2- Reboot the desktop

3- Install the AMD display driver

You can download this one on the Acer support website.
