Have you checked to make sure that you are using the most up to date operating system release for the tablet? I believe that it should be running this version, Acer_AV0K0_B1-730_RV01RC04_WW_GEN1.

I just checked and it is running on the OS you mentioned.  Now shutting down at 98%. Any other ideas??  Factory reset, battery issues, idk!!! Basically have to use it while plugged in!! May have to replace with another brand!  Help!!!!!!
