I purchased my acer laptop 6 months ago, acer aspire E 14, Then performance get very slow, I decided to restore it to factory settings, now it is not capable of burning a blueray disc. What shall I do?
What specific model are you having an issue with so we can help narrow an answer down for you?
I am using E5-471G-5558
I do not see that notebook comes with a BluRay drive, only DVD-Writer. Have you tried normal DVDs to see if they will work?
Was this a drive you installed in the system yourself? It could be that you might need to fix a driver issue, possibly, if so.
