PD523 fans stuck on high mode

in 2015 Archives

I pushed some buttons and probaply did something accidently in some menu I havent seen before (service menu?). Now the fans are constantly in high mode, before they were much more quiet in eco mode, now the noise is the same as in non-eco mode. Could I have activated a high altitude mode? Now I don't know how to get to that menu or how to get lower fan mode back on. I hope somebody could help.

    Solved. Found the service menu (Press ”Power”, ”Left”, ”Left”, ”Menu” button when the Unit under search status), the projector was indeed in high altitude mode. Once disabled, the fan noise normalized.
