H340 Red Lights Disk 2 and 3

I have an Acer H340 with 3 hard drives in it (slots 1-3).  The server will be running normally, then overnight, it will lock up, and the following warning lights are on:  "i" is constant red, and drive 2 and 3 are red (drive 1 light is off).  I have to hold the power switch down to reboot the server.  It then does a chkdsk (I'm assuming) and comes back up in about an hour.  One other item I've noticed is that at times drive 3 will switch from the constant blue to a flashing purple color, but the server works fine in this case, and I'm able to access data on all drives.

I have run chkdsk on all drives (as well as using HDTune to check the disks), and they test fine, so I don't think it's a drive issue.  Please advise.

When looking at the eye indictor for system status and this is “RED” on may indicate the following states: • System failure • HDD failure • SATA controller failure • USB controller failure • LAN controller failure • FAN failure • Memory failure • Boot device not found But to validate to see if any HDD still good, please remove HDD 2and 3 according to removal instructions: Removing a hard disk drive Caution: Always remove the hard drive from the Windows Home Server Console before removing an HDD from the home server. You will lose all files on a hard drive if you physically disconnect the HDD from your home server without running the Remove a Hard Drive Wizard and you can no longer find the hard drive in order to connect it again. Safely remove hard drive from the Windows Home Server Console. Double-click the Windows Home Server icon in the system tray. Log on to the Windows Home Server Console. Click the Server Storage tab. Select the hard drive you want to remove, then click Remove to run the Remove a Hard Drive Wizard. Click Next. Click Finish. The HDD indicator of the selected drive lights purple. With only the number one HDD installed see if the unit will power on and boot the operating system. Run for approximately if possible. Then reinstalled HDD 2 according to instructions, run for an other hour or so then add your third HDD. Run for the same amount of time.
