My Acer Iconia A-730 loses its WIFI Password during Sleep &Off-time ... I have to re-enter the password evrytime !

Did all WIFI settings, no go. Contacted Acer and Rep did exactly what i've done with same results, sent me "how to connect wireless" & refered me here for community help.  Helpppppp .... :-( At min, i'd like to know how to cut and paste the password using the tablet itself .... ;-)

have you tried to long press your WiFi on the tablet and choose discard/delete and then reconnect.

it's a know android bug that appears from time to time.

another choice is to try a factory data reset but you will loose all your personal data, so you need to backup first.

    settings/backup&reset - factory data reset

i don't use this kind of tools, since all the data i need to backup is on my microSD.

i don't know if your tablet has the Acer backup tool, check in the application, this will help you backup some of your personal data

if you synced your account with Google, applications, contact and some system settings will be restored at the first log in.
