Intolerable noise coming from laptop - while trying to close it - ASPIRE 5755

Hi, I have been  using ASPIRE 5755 for almost 1 and half  year. From the date of purchasement, I am not satisfied with the product. I am facing a rare problem. The laptop is making an unbearable noise while trying to close or while increasing the volume during movies. It's very irritating to me. I have checked with one of the acer service center and they told that please adjust the volume settings and reduce the DECIBEL. I checked, the decibel level goes up when the noise occurs. Please some one help me. I am feeling to write up this issue to ACER.

Did the notebook always make this noise? Have you tried reloading the audio driver? You can try restoring the system to factory settings, and if that does not resolve the issue, this would indicate a hardware problem that requires service.
