Acer V5 - how to change file size of screenshots

Hi,

I'm wondering if there's a way to change the file size (in this case increase) of a screenshot, either before or after it's taken, without altering the quality of the image?

I have an Acer Aspire V5-431P, Intel Pentium Processor, running on Windows 8.1

Any advice would be much appreciated,

Thanks

    paint?

    take the screenshot

press windows key logo + s

    type

    paint

once in paint, paste your screenshot and use the resize tool and then save your image on your preferred format.

    I'm not an Acer employee.

    Hi DLG3,

I personally used this nice app or program called Snagit: https://www.techsmith.com/snagit.html

Let me know if you like it.

Thanks for the reply. I've been giving it a go with Paint but the change I want to make seems to be too big. I'm trying to change an image with file size 7kb to a file size of 400kb
