Acer V3-572 fan and overheating problems.

So my laptop is about 2 years old. I have been having problems with my fan for the last 4 months. At first it made a weird noise when spinning, now it stopped spinning at all, I've cleaned the laptop several times and the fan still doesn't function properly. The worst part is, the fan sometimes spins and sometimes doesn't, I used to play games on my laptop and the fan was spinning all the time, now when I play the fan doesn't spin at all and cpu gets up to 100+ degrees celsius but starts spinning randomly when the PC is idling, etc, it's super annoying. I have no clue what could be wrong and don't really want to pay anyone to fix it unless there is nothing I can do anymore, please I need your help.

If you have cleaned the fan several times and that it is always noisily, I suggest you to replace it (certainly the bearing is defective):
