Hi everyone,

I have Acer Aspire V3-571G, was working perfectly runing windows 8.1, however when i was checking the Management disk i found out that there's the C: drive, the primary health recovery partition with 15 Gb and other two recovery partition with 400 mb in their size, so i decided to delete it and merge it to C: drive, i've deleted it and i kept only the acer recovery partition and c drive only, the issue begein when i restart the computer, it showing me only the following Message: when the boot Mode is UEFI says: "No Bootable Device, Hit any key" and when i switch the boot Mode to Legacy BIOS says "No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key"

Any body could help me to restore my computer to normale ?

Thank you very much in advance.

Mehdi

Glad you got it working again!

I believe that it might be helpful if we create some content on our acer.custhelp.com website about the Disk Management section to help customers with these sort of questions so they understand what does what. Smiley Happy

    Mehdi,

It sounds like you need to run a recovery using the ALT-F10 function or your recovery media you created when asked by the system. Deleting a partition isn't really recoverable by just doing a system restore or something. It sounds like you deleted the partition that Windows creates with Windows files on it.
