Acer Aspire V5-561g Dolby Home Theater v4 problem

Hi!

 

I've spent around 5 days on reasearching this thing and still i receive the message DHT CANNOT BE INSTALLED.

 

I have newest realtek drivers from 05.05.2015. Still no solution after reasearching all options i could.

 

Please help me guys i am really exhausted and i need help

 

Im not a pc newbie but this thing just killed me ...

 

I tried it under windows 8.1 - not working

 

I use windows 7 64 bit ultimate sp 1 and here not working too.

 

I unistalled and installed drivers nearly 100 times, i tried all drivers in the web containing acer asus dell and lenovo drivers both combining pcee4 home theater files from many many manufacturers.

 

Any idea????????????

Anyone please ??? I really need help i don't know if Dolby uses any other chip on mobe than sandard realtek ALC, maybe the chip is broken i have n slightest idea.

 

If I can't fix it I will just RMA it  ..........
