acer aspire touchscreen v5-571p-6407 repairing

I have an acer aspire touchscreen v5-571p-6407. My computer took a hit and when I turned it back on it goes to the acer logo and says preparing automatic repair. After 5mins it goes to diagnosing. Once it's done with that it says that it's repairing disk errors and just stays on there. I've left it on overnight on that screen and still nothing. I've tried the repair discs and it still just goes through the same process. Any ideas?

    This seems to be an internal hardware issue.

    My computer is 3yrs old now and I can't use the warranty chat with acer. I try the out of warranty chat with you guys and you never pick up. It says that a tech. Will be with me shortly xxminutes then once it's down to 1min. It just cuts me off. So I need help on what I should do.
