     Rijswijkm,

I see that you also posted in this thread (Acer Aspire Switch 12 problem. Connection to wireless keyboard lost) that the file to upgrade the firmware is not resolving the issue any longer?

If so, contacting the service center again regarding it would be the only course of action I can offer.

My keyboard stopped working today. I cannot tell what triggered it. But it seems that the USB driver for the keyboard does not load anymore (translation: "Unknown USB device (errord in requesting device description"):

What I tried to solve this (everything failed so far):

    - I am on Windows 10. I did a full system refresh (lost all my software etc.).

    - Used the Bind Tool (that was available for download in this thread). Exits on itself as it cannot even find the keyboard.

What do you recommend? Thanks for any help!

First step, make sure the keyboard is fully charged by switching to tablet mode with the keyboard docked in the back and leave it powered up and connected to the charger for a while. The keyboard only charges when it's connected to the back so it's a good idea to do that periodically.

Check to see if the keyboard has been set for a different language. That typically shows up with that type of symptom.

My keyboard has stopped working and I think it is for a windows update. I have installed Windows 10 version 1803. Does anyone know if I can install a driver for the keyboard? Thank you!!!

After weeks of trying most solutions, including using Windows 10 settings to Recover back to its barebones original state (total reset) which still didn't solve it, I went into Windows Settings to set to Tablet Mode always, whilst with keyboard attached.

I'm now typing with the keyboard. All keys are fine. The trackpad is happily moving my cursor around. I'm very happy :) .

Does the keyboard stay backlit? How's it going? Still no issues? TY!

Neat! I wonder how many models this would help?
