Good morning!

 

If your product is not firing at all, try to do the following.

 

1. Disconnect the equipment from the power.
2. Remove the battery and press the button repeatedly turning.
3. Connect the laptop to the mains and try on.

 

Note: If the battery is not removable, you must search the small hole and next should be the drawing of a battery.

There introduces a fine-tipped object for 15 seconds after you press the power button and continuing to step 3.
