EXTENSA 4220 - external monitor

hello need some advice please.

I am using an EXTENSA 4220 and I am UNABLE TO CONNECT AN EXTERNAL MONITOR.....WHAT TO DO??

    In this case, you are advised to check if all the cables and connections are proper and as per the manufacturer's recommendation (you may need to refer to the user manual of your computer for the same).

     

    If all the connections are proper and the issue still persists, you can follow the steps below:
    1. Right-click on an empty space on your screen and select "Personalize".
    2. Select the secondary monitor (2) icon in the display box and then click the check box "Extend the desktop onto this monitor".
    3. Click "Apply" to save changes.
