Acer Iconia W700 No Bootable Device

When I turn on the tablet it just says "No Bootable Device." So I created a windows7 USB stick to format the tablet and start over to fix it.

Problem is that I can't get the tablet to detect the USB/.iso to begin formatting. The USB stick flashes but it will just boot to the error message.

I have arranged the boot sequence to start with USB HDD and USB FDD and vice versa. I have tested the USB drive on my home PC and it works, but I cant figure out why this tablet wont work with it.

Any help pleaseeeeeee!

Your W700 might be new enough to be using a UEFI boot. If so you'll need to disable that in the BIOS before you'll be able to boot from the USB.

I  do not know why my response was not posted several days ago, but here I'll try again.

That fixed the problem, but now the Win7 USB boot spot freezes and just gets stuck at the Window logo screen and says "Starting Windows."

It never makes it past that to the Win7 Install screen...but it works fine on my home PC.
