DVD Burner Won't Burn

I have an ASPIRE V3-772G-7872. I just bought it the end of December. Suddenly, my DVD won't burn. I keep getting different error codes, depending on the program I am using (Pinnacle Studio 18.5, Pinnacle MyDVD, DVDStyler). The latest was from the MyDVD software which said BurnerState aborting error code 2147500035. A previous message said something about not enough memory but there is a TON of available memory on this computer. I checked the device in Windows and it says that it is operating correcctly and that the drivers are up to date. I just don't get it. It just stopped all of a sudden. Any thoughts and helpl would be appreciated

I used imageburn but it didn't do the trick. Strange thing is that it says the img was burned successfully but the disc won't play in any DVD. The DVD players do not recognize the disc. For some reason, I don't think the discs are finalizing. I am using high quality Verbatim discs so I don't think it's the media.

I will try that. Any thoughts on why the DVD isn't burning direct?

The DVD used to burn using both my Pinnacle Studio system and WIndows Media Player. Now it won't burn in either...or should i say, the DVDs won't finalize. They always fail.
