Hi.

I just got my Acer Iconia Tab A100 last Christmas, and it has been working fine since yesterday.

The screen suddenly decided to not respond anymore.

I found a video on YouTube that has shows a similar problem:

I've already done a hard reset, but the problem is still not fixed.

Can someone please help me?

If yours is acting like the one in the video, I would guess the issue is either contaminants on the glass, making it think you are touching or more likely a problem internally where the cable connects to the digitizer (possibly at the other end where it connects to the motherboard). It's unusual, but possible, for a cable to work loose over the years. It's also possible that it's the digitizer itself, of course. First try cleaning the glass to see if it makes any difference, then look for tear down videos to try and reseat cables.
