my acer one s1001 could not read my hard disk on keyboard when the screen is attach to it.

i bought acer one s1001 which the keyboard is also a sata hardrive 500gb. before when the screen is attach to the keyboard it could read the hard drive. all of a sudden the sata hard drive on the keyboard could not be read though the keyboard is still functioning. how can i resolve this issue? ill aprreciate it much if you could give some insight...

I can't remember for sure, but I believe the keyboard connects to the tablet via bluetooth connection. The physical connection is what provides keyboard charging and the USB connection to the hard disk. It sounds like you might not be getting a good hardware connection between the two, which would give symptoms of not charging the keyboard and not accessing the hard disk. Check to make sure there is nothing obstructing the connection when they are snapped together. All it would take is something blocking connection on one of the pins...
