touchpad synaptics fail Aspire E5-511 no work scrool, zoom in or zoom out

Hi, i need help.

I have an Aspire E5-511, BIOS is 1.07 and OS W8.1 OEM original factory, the problem is the touchpad synaptics, no work scroll, no zoom in or zoom out and others special functions of W8.1 no work.  BIOS is mode UEFI, version touchpad driver is 6.3.9600.16384 of Microsoft year 2006??????   i instaled the synaptics driver but no change,  i reinstaled OS jajaja same fail, i need a diferent version driver TP synatics realy if work, or an other solution, i dont understand what is the problem???......  i know  jeje is Windows 8.1 , but there must be a solution  ...

Hi samsmrmx,

 

I don't know that I see an actual issue, the Precision Touchpad is what is on the device and it is designed to work better with Windows 8.1. Some of the functionality may be different than what you're use to in the past.
