This is the second time I tried to charge my keyboard. The model is covered type casing. The first time was a success, this time it wont charge. The orange light blinks along with the blue one when ever I first connect the charger with it. After awhile both the lights died down. I let it be like that for hours thinking it might charge but whenever i try to open it the blue led keeps on blinking when I type which indicates that the keyboard is low in battery. What should I do? And how do I charge the keyboard properly?

    NicoleD,

While I was unable to find a Bluetooth keyboard listed on our Acer Store in the US for this specific unit, the Windows tablet keyboards I did see show that they take two AAA batteries, it doesn't say rechargeable. Can you check the batteries that are installed to make sure they don't just need to be changed out?

A microusb cable was provided together with the package for charging purposes.

    NicoleD,

Could you send me your SNID in a PM so I can research this for you?
