Acer Z3 liquid shut down on boot mode

Hello,

 

I was going to hard reset my acer Liquid Z3 but instead I pressed the option "Shut Down" and now there is no way to wake it up.

 

I will be very grateful if somebody could help me.

Hi!

 

You can try the next form.

 

1. Turn off your phone.

2. Hold down the Volume Up and Power keys simultaneously.

3. Lower the volume keys to where it says Wipe data / factory reset and when the selected key press Power.

4. After you get to where it says Yes - delete all user data.

5. It will take a few minutes and should have access to the system.

connect your AC charger and check if Z3 is able to charge the battery, wait 30 minutes, then try to power on.
