Wi-fi problem/IP Address

Sent Acer A500 Iconia for warranty work on the camera.  Everything worked fine except for the camera when I shipped it to Acer.  Received the tablet back after they did warranty work and it doesn't connect to wi-fi.  Indicates obtaining IP Address.  I did a factory reset, that didn't work.  I finally resorted to restoring to factory standards.  It still doesn't connect to wi-fi (regardless of where I am - home, restaurant, etc.)  Nothing has changed with my wi-fi connections at home.  Everything else works fine in home.  Any suggestions?   Naturally, warranty has expired.

    If the system was returned to you in a non-functioning manner, please contact your service center so they can correct the issue.
