After having an Acer Aspire V3-771-6490 less than 2 years some of the keys have stopped working

    If some keys are not working, the entire keyboard assembly would need to be replaced. You can try blowing the keyboard out with compressed air. If that does not resolve your issue, I recommend you contact the Acer service facility in your region to inquire about repair options. If the keyboard is not working due to physical damage or a liquid spill, repair charges may apply.
