Acer Switch 10 - Charging Problems

Hello! I've been having problems lately regarding charging. It's quite a small problem but it's kinda annoying for me.

I inserted my charger to the port and it doesn't work, but after a few tries and it will charge again. Also it's kinda loosing up and getting wobly and doesn't lock in anymore unlike the past times. So I've tried my friend's Acer Tablet charger (which is similar to Acer Switch 10 Charge.) and in one insert it already charges it and it locks perfectly too. So I assumed the problem is with the charger. Then I tried inserting my charger to my friend's tablet, it fits perfectly well and charges in one go without any troubles. So... I don't really know where's the problem. Anyone can help?  Thanks in advance

To me, it sounds like the connection inside the Switch might be having some issues. Dependingon when you purchased the system it may still be in warranty. I would recommend you contact Acer Technical Support and see what your options are.
