T232hl monitor - Cursor sticks and flickers at top of screen

Hi, for a week now I've been having a problem. I've tried everything, and checked with different software. Updated everything in my computer. All I can think is it's my Aver T232hl. Off and on it sticks at the top of the screen and flickers there. I can use my mouse or touch to do other things (probably since it's multi touch), but the cursor flickers like heck when this is happening. If I turn off that screen it stops. My other screen is a Wacon Cintiq 21UX. I've checked with that too. The only thing that seems to be causing this is the Acer. I haven't moved the monitor and it hasn't been dropped or hit at all.

Sounds like you are using 2 monitors. If you connect just the Acer, do you still have the problem?

Do you have another computer that you can test this with? If it does not do it on a different system, the monitor isn't the problem.

I wish I could test it on a different system. I only have one. I do have two minotors. The other monitor is a Wacom Cintiq. So far, the only thing I can do to stop this is to turn off the Acer for a few seconds. It eventually comes back though. I've had both on this computer for several months now and never had this problem until recently.

My laptop touchscreen started doing the same thing after I upgraded to Win8.1. At first it was only occasionally. Now it is all the time until I disable the HID compliant touch screen driver.
