hello where i can find help here v5 132 always went blue screen

To whom it may concern,

I recently purchased an Acer model V5. 132P*** 4gb win8 silver, laptop of yours from Acer Festival Mall Alabang, in Philippines after a lot of research thinking it would be a reliable laptop required for me to work, from home and make money. As I live in the Philippines and am sure you are aware that the salary is very poor and I had to work and save for many months to purchase this unreliable laptop that continually crashes, to the screen of death (blue screen) and I have taken the laptop back to the agent I purchased it, In Acer Festival mall Alabang they told me they gonna pull out the unit and It will take 3months before they will return it to me, since it will be a lot of process to follow, I did not agree they suggest me to go Acer Service Center in Paco, Manila Philippines . From which is many miles from where I live about 3 hours commute 5 rides one way and this obviously cost money that I cannot afford and need to spend on food for my family and due to me continually returning to the Acer Service Center before the WARRANTIE, even ran out told me they cannot do anything about this issue and on a number of occasions more than I can remember just re boot it and give it back to me, but not this problem is not getting fixed and I am spending valuable money on consistently travelling back and forth for repairs I have lost a lot of work due to not managing to use my laptop. I have no opportunity but contact you in the hopping that you have a remedy for this problem on my laptop model V5. 132P*** 4gb win8 silver, or if you would kindly have a replacement for this inferior laptop I purchased as it has been persistently giving me this problem since I purchased this laptop. I would greatly appreciate it if you dealt with this issue as I don’t seem to get anywhere dealing with my local branch and being a corporate company that you are I am sure you would not like bad feed back or further action on this issue.
