I cannot access internet with Explorer or Mozilla although my wifi connection is active and my Magic Jack functions correctly. Can anypne help me?

check your PC having ip

ping your gateway and internet website such as ping www.microsoft.com

if above is ok,you need to check antivirus or firewall program

if above is no,your PC does not have internet connection(need check other devices)
