What is the model number of compatible motherboards to Acer Aspire V5 471P-6662 MS2360?

I found motherboard NB.M4911.003 on Amazon. It tells me 471P models are compatible, but is it compatible with my specific 471P-6662 laptop? If not, can I be given a motherboard model number or be linked to one that would work with mine please? Smiley Happy

Hello Andrew,

1- If you use the windows pre-installed version, it won't works (the license is linked with the motherboard).

2- Could you give me the first ten characters of the laptop serial number (S/N)? Only the first ten.

1) I was using a pre-installed windows 8. Think I upgraded to windows 8.1 before the motherboard failed. So, what can I do to get a new motherboard to work on my pc?
