A brand new tablet... only shows 11.2Gb free space out of 21.5 GB capacity, which suppse to be a total of 32GB capacity. Is there something I am  doing wrong??? Shouldn't I have at least 20Gb free space. I only have office and facebook installed.. nothing else.

Sounds like you have a recovery partition on your tablet. Has the OS been reinstalled at some point? The recovery media doesn't differentiate between different drive configurations, so it puts the recovery partition on even the smaller drives.

yes it was reinstalled... but I think it's been like that since I bought it about a mont ago. Is there anything  i can do to fix it? In general I 've been having so many issues with this tablet that I 've regrt buying it.

OK, then you should be able to go into Disk Manager and delete the recovery partition then expand your primary (CSmiley Happy partition to recover the extra space.

It's perfectly safe to do as long as you have the recovery media you used to reinstall the first time. If you don't have the recovery media I believe there's an Acer app installed that lets you create the recovery media before deleting the partition.
